Users jump between multiple provider websites, open and close tabs, and repeatedly re-check information just to understand how services differ. This back-and-forth creates friction, and many users lose momentum or abandon the process altogether before making a decision.

    CareCompared removes that barrier by presenting comparable information in a clear, structured way, helping users stay focused and move forward with confidence.

    How listing works

    Getting listed on CareCompared is straightforward and controlled:

    1. Complete the onboarding form

    Share details about your organisation, locations, tests, and services using a short online form.

    2. Review and draft listing

    All submissions are reviewed before anything appears on the platform. Your listing is created in draft form.

    3. Soft-listing (no obligation)

    Your services may be visible on the platform without prices or outbound links while partnership terms are agreed. Nothing directs users to your website without your approval.

    4. Activation

    Once partnership terms are in place, pricing, outbound links, and any agreed promotional placements are enabled and your listing becomes fully active.

    You remain in control of when and how your services are promoted.

    Pricing and partnership model

    CareCompared does not charge standard subscription or listing fees.

    Instead, partnership terms are agreed on a case-by-case basis and may include one or more of the following, depending on the nature of the partnership:

    Cost-per-click (CPC)

    You are charged only when a user actively clicks through from CareCompared to your website.

    Conversion-based charging (where agreed)

    For certain services or partnerships, charging may be based on confirmed conversions rather than clicks.

    Sponsorship or promotional placements

    In some cases, sponsorship or promotional agreements may be in place for enhanced visibility, featured placements, or specific campaigns.

    Spend controls

    Monthly caps and agreed limits are available to ensure costs remain predictable.

    All pricing, charging models, and any sponsorship arrangements are agreed as part of the partnership terms prior to activation. No pricing, links, or promotional placements go live without agreement.
